Who We Are | ProEducate – Support for Schools & Local Authorities

Who we are

ProEducate is an online education provider delivering structured, safeguarded education for children who are educated outside of traditional school settings. We support pupils who are home-educated, experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), or unable to access full-time on-site education.

Our role is to provide continuity of learning, maintain visibility, and support schools and local authorities with clear oversight and evidence of engagement.

Teacher-led provision

All lessons are delivered live by qualified, experienced teachers, ensuring appropriate curriculum delivery and professional standards.

Consistent educational structure

Pupils typically access a minimum of 20 live lessons per week, supporting routine, engagement, and educational continuity.

Suitable for EBSA and non-attendance

Provision supports pupils who are unable to attend school full-time, helping maintain learning while reintegration or longer-term plans are progressed.

Safeguarding and oversight

Live delivery, supervised spaces, and professional expectations ensure pupils remain visible and appropriately supported.

Engagement monitoring

Attendance, participation, and activity responses are tracked, providing evidence of ongoing provision and engagement.

Local authority-friendly

ProEducate supports local authorities through transparency, regular communication, and clear documentation of educational activity.

Our purpose

ProEducate exists to keep pupils safe, supported, and progressing when traditional schooling is not currently accessible — while reducing risk and pressure for families, schools, and local authorities.
