Membership Agreements & Declarations
By signing up to ProEducate International School and accessing our lessons, platforms or membership areas, parents/carers acknowledge and agree to the following statements and declarations.
Recording Consent Acknowledgement
By registering with ProEducate International School, families acknowledge and understand that some live online lessons may be recorded for safeguarding, educational access, quality assurance and training purposes.
Pupils may appear visually, verbally or within chat functions during recorded lessons.
Families understand that recorded lessons may be made available to other subscribed members through secure member areas where applicable.
Pupils may use initials, first names or approved nicknames during lessons to help protect privacy online.
Emergency Contact Declaration
By registering a child with ProEducate International School, parents/carers confirm that accurate emergency contact details have been provided and will be kept up to date.
Families understand that emergency contact information may be used where:
- A safeguarding concern arises
- A child becomes distressed during lessons
- Immediate welfare support may be required
- The school is unable to contact the primary parent/carer
Where necessary and appropriate, the school may contact emergency services or safeguarding agencies to protect a child.
SEND Information Declaration
Parents/carers are encouraged to share relevant information regarding a child’s SEND, neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, anxiety, EHCP status or additional support needs where appropriate.
This information helps us provide a more supportive, inclusive and suitable learning environment.
Families understand that while we aim to make reasonable adjustments and provide flexible support, we remain an online educational provision and may not always be able to meet every specialist need.
Medical Information Declaration
Parents/carers are responsible for informing the school of any relevant medical information, allergies, conditions or health concerns that may affect a child’s participation, wellbeing or safety during lessons.
Families understand that ProEducate International School is an online educational provision and staff are not medical professionals.
Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising and supporting children within the home environment where appropriate.
Platform Usage Agreement
By signing up, families agree to use all school platforms, lessons, recordings and online systems safely, respectfully and in accordance with school policies.
Families understand that:
- Membership access is for one registered pupil only
- Lesson links and member content must not be shared
- Unauthorised recording or distribution of lessons is prohibited
- Bullying, harassment or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
- The school reserves the right to suspend or revoke access where policies are breached
By continuing with registration and membership, families acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the school’s published policies and expectations.
