Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide strong, accessible and meaningful education for every child, without placing unnecessary financial burden on families.

We believe that high-quality education should be flexible, affordable and centred around the needs of the learner. Our provision exists to support children who may need a different route through education, including pupils who are home educated, anxious learners, SEND pupils and those who have not thrived in traditional school environments.

We aim to help pupils rebuild confidence, access learning at the right stage, and feel safe, respected and capable in their education.

Trauma-Informed Approach

ProEducate recognises that many children may have experienced anxiety, school-based trauma, emotionally based school avoidance, low confidence or disrupted educational journeys.

Our approach is calm, supportive and relationship-focused. We do not expect cameras or microphones to be on, and pupils may participate using chat, raise-hand features or by listening until they feel ready.

We prioritise emotional safety, trust, routine and positive encouragement.

SEND Approach

We are a SEND-informed provision and aim to support learners with a wide range of needs, including neurodiversity, anxiety, communication differences, sensory needs and gaps in learning.

We follow a stage-not-age approach, meaning pupils are encouraged to access lessons that match their current ability, confidence and learning stage rather than being placed strictly by age.

Families are encouraged to share relevant SEND information so we can better understand and support each learner.
