Admissions & Suitability Information
This page explains how families can join ProEducate International School, what our online provision offers, and what information we require to help keep pupils safe.
Admissions Process
Families can apply to join ProEducate International School through our website membership system or by contacting us directly.
Before a pupil accesses lessons, we must have the correct registration information for that child.
Our admissions process may include:
- Parent/carer enquiry or membership sign-up
- Completion of pupil registration details
- Confirmation of parent/carer contact information
- Emergency contact details
- Relevant SEND, medical, safeguarding or wellbeing information where appropriate
- Confirmation of membership payment
- Access to the appropriate lessons and online platforms
One membership is required per registered pupil. Families must not add unregistered children into lessons without first registering them with us.
Suitability Statement
ProEducate International School is an online learning provision offering live lessons, recorded content and educational support for pupils working across different stages.
We are stage-based rather than strictly age-based. This means pupils are encouraged to access lessons that match their current ability, confidence and learning needs.
Our provision may be suitable for pupils who:
- Need flexible online learning
- Are home educated
- Need a supportive alternative to traditional classroom settings
- Experience anxiety or emotionally based school avoidance
- Benefit from a stage-based learning approach
- Need access to live lessons from home
While we aim to be inclusive and supportive, we are not a specialist therapeutic, medical or crisis service. We may not be suitable where a pupil requires constant one-to-one supervision, intensive behavioural support, emergency mental health support or provision beyond what can reasonably be delivered online.
Where needed, families should seek advice from appropriate professionals to ensure the provision is suitable for their child.
Emergency Contact Procedures
Safeguarding is our highest priority. Parents/carers must provide accurate emergency contact information before a child accesses lessons.
Emergency contact information may be used if:
- A child becomes distressed during a lesson
- A safeguarding concern is identified
- A child discloses risk of harm
- Staff are unable to contact the main parent/carer
- Immediate welfare support is required
Parents/carers must ensure that emergency contact details are kept up to date.
If we believe a child is at immediate risk of harm and we cannot contact a parent/carer, we may contact emergency services, children’s social care or other safeguarding agencies as appropriate.
In an emergency, families should call 999.
