Pricing & Membership Information

At ProEducate International School, we aim to provide flexible, affordable and accessible online education for families. Our membership system allows pupils to access live online lessons, recordings and learning resources in a supportive online environment.

Pricing Information

Membership is currently charged at:

£40
per month per registered pupil

This is equivalent to £480 per academic year, divided evenly across 12 monthly payments to help keep the provision affordable and manageable for families.

Prices may be reviewed periodically. Families will be informed in advance of any significant pricing changes.

Membership Options

Membership includes access to:

  • Live online lessons
  • Recorded lesson content where available
  • Learning resources and activities
  • Online educational platforms
  • Community and social learning spaces
  • Flexible stage-based learning pathways

Memberships are intended for one registered pupil only.

All children attending lessons must be fully registered with the school before participating.

Membership sharing or allowing unregistered children access to lessons is not permitted.

Billing Schedule

Membership payments are collected monthly through the membership platform.

  • Payments renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Membership remains active until the end of the paid billing period
  • Families may cancel at any time
  • No long-term contracts are required

Active memberships will automatically continue into the next academic year unless cancelled by the parent/carer.

Refunds are not normally issued for partially used billing periods unless a payment error has occurred.

Waiting List Information

Due to growing demand, some stages or membership spaces may operate a waiting list.

Families with active memberships do not need to reapply each academic year unless they cancel their membership.

If a membership is cancelled:

  • The pupil’s place may be released
  • Rejoining may require joining the waiting list
  • Future availability cannot be guaranteed

Waiting lists are managed fairly and places are offered based on availability.

Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through the website membership platform.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards
  • Online payment providers supported by the website platform

Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. The school does not store full card details directly.
